Confirmation
Only
complete and signed registration forms can be accepted. The
registration can only be confirmed after receipt of the total
amount. Your registration will be confirmed by the secretariat
after receipt of your payment. The confirmation letter must
be presented at the pre-registration desk upon arrival.
Cancellation
and Refund
Cancellations should be made in writing to the
Secretariat. 50% of registration fee will be refunded
if a written cancellation is made before
March 3, 2003. No refunds
can be made for cancellations received after March 3, 2003.
All refund will be processed after the symposium is over.
